Flat Flame Combustion
The thermal conductivity is 15 times that of ordinary bare tubes and 7.8 times that of high-frequency welded finned tubes, featuring high thermal conductivity and a large heating surface area.
GB5310 steel tubes are selected. With an initial wall thickness of 8mm, they are heated to 1050°C via high-frequency heating. On specialized hot-rolling equipment, trapezoidal fins are rolled onto the surface of the seamless tubes. During this process, the seamless tube wall thickness is reduced from 8mm to 3.5mm. Simultaneously, heat-absorbing trapezoidal fins are formed on the outer side of the tubes (approximately 3,800 pieces per boiler). This significantly improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler and ensures a long service life.
