Premixed ultra-low nitrogen condensing steam generator

Daxi Thermal Energy adopts a revolutionary flame combustion ultra-low nitrogen technology, where the flame combustion consists of tens of thousands of micro flames. Combined with Daxi Thermal Energy's unique tubular water-cooled furnace structure, the flames cool rapidly, greatly suppressing the generation of nitrogen oxides (NOx), reducing NOx emissions to below 30 mg/m3. The tubular furnace structure has a high heat transfer coefficient, retains low water volume, and can produce steam within 15-30 seconds after the evaporator starts. During purging, heat loss is reduced by 20%, with no preheating load loss, achieving an operational efficiency of up to 101%. The noise level is as low as 65 dB, truly achieving ultra-low nitrogen, low noise, and high-efficiency operation.

Flat Flame Combustion

The thermal conductivity is 15 times that of ordinary bare tubes and 7.8 times that of high-frequency welded finned tubes, featuring high thermal conductivity and a large heating surface area.
GB5310 steel tubes are selected. With an initial wall thickness of 8mm, they are heated to 1050°C via high-frequency heating. On specialized hot-rolling equipment, trapezoidal fins are rolled onto the surface of the seamless tubes. During this process, the seamless tube wall thickness is reduced from 8mm to 3.5mm. Simultaneously, heat-absorbing trapezoidal fins are formed on the outer side of the tubes (approximately 3,800 pieces per boiler). This significantly improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler and ensures a long service life.

The boiler features automated control, enabling fully automatic operation. Users only need to set the operating parameters and time, and the boiler will automatically start and stop. For hot water boilers with a capacity of less than 4 tons, push-button controls are used; for boilers with a capacity of 4 tons or more, a 7-inch touchscreen is employed.

Optimized Design

The boiler body is designed using specialized computer drafting software, ensuring good water circulation and minimal water flow resistance. The heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchange surfaces within the furnace has been fully optimized, significantly improving the boiler's operational thermal efficiency by 5% to 10% compared to similar products.

This model is a fire-tube boiler, with each flue tube equipped with air turbulence strips, which greatly increase the residence time of the heat generated by gas combustion within the boiler. This improves the efficiency of thermal energy conversion, thereby enhancing the boiler's thermal efficiency.

Insulation and Energy Efficiency

The boiler body is insulated with double-layer glass wool material, providing excellent insulation performance. This reduces gas consumption and enhances the boiler's thermal efficiency from another aspect.

The boiler body, primary economizer, and secondary condenser are organically combined into one unit, making installation simple and reducing the footprint.

Based on the principle that the radiant heat exchange in the furnace is proportional to the fourth power of the temperature, we optimized the design of the heat exchange surfaces.

The wave-shaped furnace liner absorbs a large proportion of the total heat, providing good expansion and contraction properties.

Axially Symmetric Downward Offset Design: The wet-back counterflow combustion return structure is axially symmetrically offset downward.

High-temperature flue gases are entirely gathered in the front flue box, while the temperature of the exhaust gases at the rear is very low, allowing for direct insulation with a thermal layer, reducing maintenance costs.

The integral front flue box features a double-door design with double-layer sealing, making it simple to open, operate, and maintain.

Insulation Materials: The boiler uses double-layer aluminum foil glass wool as insulation material, offering excellent insulation performance, light weight, and convenient transportation and installation.

Maintenance and Access: The upper part of the boiler is equipped with a manhole device, and the lower part has a cleaning device, facilitating maintenance and upkeep.
