Ultra-low Nitrogen Condensing Vacuum Hot Water Boiler

Daxi Industrial Equipment adopts the revolutionary planar combustion ultra-low nitrogen tube bundle water-cooled furnace body technology. The planar combustion is composed of tens of thousands of flames, combined with the unique tube bundle type furnace body structure, the flames cool rapidly, greatly inhibiting the generation of nitrogen oxides, and the nitrogen oxide emissions are reduced to below 30mg/m3.
The tube bundle type furnace body structure has a high heat transfer coefficient and requires a small amount of water. The boiler can produce hot water within 5 minutes of startup, and the heat loss during cleaning is reduced by 20%, with no preheating load loss. The operating efficiency is as high as 104%. Truly achieving ultra-low nitrogen, low noise and high efficiency operation.

Flat Flame Combustion

The thermal conductivity is 15 times that of ordinary bare tubes and 7.8 times that of high-frequency welded finned tubes, featuring high thermal conductivity and a large heating surface area.
GB5310 steel tubes are selected. With an initial wall thickness of 8mm, they are heated to 1050°C via high-frequency heating. On specialized hot-rolling equipment, trapezoidal fins are rolled onto the surface of the seamless tubes. During this process, the seamless tube wall thickness is reduced from 8mm to 3.5mm. Simultaneously, heat-absorbing trapezoidal fins are formed on the outer side of the tubes (approximately 3,800 pieces per boiler). This significantly improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler and ensures a long service life.
